Steps to order a cake at MaDi

  • Step 1: Contact MaDi’s customer service team via Fanpage, Hotline, or Zalo for consultation on cake design and size.
  • Step 2: After selecting your cake design and size, you will be guided to choose the cake filling. Depending on the type of filling selected, additional charges may apply. Please refer to Note 2 below for more details.
  • Step 3: Provide the message to be written on the cake, any special requests (if any), delivery date and time, and delivery address.
  • Step 4: The customer service team will check the shipping fee and calculate the total order cost.
  • Step 5: The customer proceeds with deposit/payment.
  • Step 6: The customer service team confirms the order.

Important notes when ordering

Note 1: Ordering time requirements

  • For buttercream flower cupcakes: Please place your order at least 3 hours in advance during business hours.
  • For buttercream flower cakes: Please place your order at least 1 working day in advance, or 2 days in advance if the delivery date falls on a weekend.
  • For fondant cakes or printed decoration cakes: Please place your order at least 2–4 days in advance depending on the design.
  • For large-size cakes or special projects: Please place your order at least 7 days in advance.

MaDi highly recommends placing your order as early as possible to avoid fully booked schedules. You may refer to the advance ordering requirements for each cake design in the product description on our website or contact our customer service team for more details.

Note 2: Cake fillings

MaDi offers various cake fillings as shown in the attached images. These fillings apply to cake products only; cupcake flavors will be selected randomly by MaDi.

For orders of 20 cakes or more, customers may choose one of MaDi’s standard fillings free of charge.

Note 3: Order cancellation and rescheduling policy

  • For fondant cakes: At least 2 days in advance.
  • For other cakes: At least 1 day in advance.
  • For cupcakes/other products: At least 1 day in advance.

After the required timeframe, please contact our customer service team to check whether your order has already been processed. If the order has been completed, MaDi will not be able to reschedule or cancel it.

Note 4: Product photography policy

  • If you would like photos of your cake before delivery, please inform our customer service team immediately after receiving order confirmation. MaDi will take photos in the studio using professional equipment and send them to you before delivery.
  • If no request is made, MaDi reserves the right not to photograph the product and will proceed with delivery as scheduled.

Note 5: Use of product images for marketing purposes

If you require privacy for your cake design, please inform our customer service team at the time of placing your order.
